Every quote follows an in person look at the tree. It is the only way to price the access, the drop zone and the clean up accurately.

What we write down is what you pay. If we find something unexpected we talk to you before doing anything about it.

Before you get in touch
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We come out, look at the tree and give you a written price. There is no cost and no obligation.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within a few days for a quote. Storm damage and anything unsafe gets priority, so tell us if the tree is a problem right now.
Do I need council approval?
Sometimes, depending on the tree, its size and your council. We will tell you honestly if you do and can prepare an arborist report if one is required.
What happens to the branches and timber?
It all goes through the chipper and leaves with us unless you want the mulch or firewood kept on site. Just let us know.
